Noble Casing Inc. is a premier oil field service company that was founded in 2009 in Williston, ND by Chance Innis and Tobi Wold. The founders felt that there was a better approach on how to select and treat employees who worked in such a harsh environment and that employees should be equipped with the safest and most advanced equipment available. After succeeding with Noble Casing, Inc, Tobi and Chance have methodically expanded their business services through several related entities.

Trucking

Job Summary:

Looking for versatile drivers with good communication skills and a good attitude who want to find a home with Noble Trucking! We have lots of opportunities for advancement of motivated employees.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reports to and receives assignments, instructions, and direction from a Supervisor
  • Reads, interprets instructions/documentation, and plans work activities accordingly
  • Able to solve problems that arise in the field to overcome issues and continue to perform the task at hand
  • Operates company vehicles to move materials, tools/equipment to and from work locations in support of oil field activities
  • Loads and unloads vehicles
  • Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment
  • Assists during the operation of well logging equipment at job site
  • Performs other duties and activities as directed
  • Generally, 40 hours per week, with overtime pay if 40hrs is exceeded

Skills and Requirements:

  • Class A CDL with 2 years of experience
  • Winch, side dump and tanker experience is preferred
  • General understanding of oilfield processes is preferred
  • Licensure and must have a satisfactory driver record with no DWI/DUI convictions in the past three years or any current DWI/DUI charges
  • Able to communicate effectively with others
  • Basic reading comprehension and writing skills required
  • Able to learn and perform tasks electronically using the company software for e-ticketing
  • Able to pass background, physical and drug screen

Cheyenne, WY

Sales

Job Summary:

The Field Salesman is responsible for the primary sales and marketing of all Noble services and products to the oil & gas operators at the well site, rig site and field offices. The Field Salesman is the primary custodian of the Noble image with his/her respective client. He/she ensures that Noble is always held in the highest regard, both technically and interpersonally by becoming personally acquainted with key personnel in his/her client’s organizations. This is an exempt position with bonus opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Builds and maintains customers relationships through in-person visits, phone calls, emails, and by attending Customer/Noble sanctioned events.
  • Any other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
  • Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database.
  • Prepares reports of business transactions as requested by CSO and DM.
  • Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of Noble’s work and delivery schedules.
  • Handles inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales.
  • Emphasizes saleable features, quotes prices and credit terms in conjunction with CFO and DM and prepares sales orders for orders obtained.
  • Provides product information and/or demos to qualified customers on request.
  • Facilitates resolution of technical and business issues of prospective customers.
  • Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads.
  • Load and secure tools for transport to Noble or Customer locations as requested.
  • Travel to customer locations is required. Often drives 6-10 hours per day. Company pickup is provided. Overnight stays may be required as needed.

Specific Job Duties:

  • Primary focus is initially on creating Casing and Clean & Drift work in the Colorado & Wyoming areas, while concurrently developing opportunities for trucking and surface rigs, and any other Noble divisions.
  • Be available for customer issues and/or concerns on a 24/7 basis.
  • Attend weekly sales calls.
  • Work with local management on RFP’s creation and submittals.
  • Communicate via WhatsApp on all rig visits and stops.
  • Assist with customer appreciation by delivering food and picking up remaining materials to rigs as outlined by Cheyenne District Manager and Chief Sales Officer.
  • Communicate daily with Cheyenne DM on all location activity.
  • Cheyenne District Manager and Chief Sales Officer will work with the Field Sales employee via phone call, text and/or email every Monday a.m. or Sunday p.m. to develop a plan for each week.

    Casing

    Job Summary:

    Looking for Casing Techs with good attitude and communication skills who want to find a home with Noble Casing!

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Safely assist in riggin up
    • Safely unchains and gets truck ready to unload
    • Remove hoses from truck to take to rig floor, transports to floor safely
    • Installs danger tape where needed to define work zones and danger zones
    • Properly rig up tail rope
    • Insures work area is clean and all hazards are recognized
    • Safely works V-door
    • Wears and understands importance of a safety vest
    • Safely assists in rigging down casing equipment
    • Properly rigs all tools for transport from walk to truck – pinch points and body placement
    • Insures area around truck is free of spills and Noble Casing property
    • Other duties as assigned by Casing Relier Operator
    • Available for 24 hour on call

    Skills and Requirements:

    • Minimum of 0-1 years related experience
    • Must be proficient with written and verbal communication skills
    • Vehicle placement
    • Can work closely with fellow employees
    • Thorough knowledge of safety and work standards

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Complete all Noble and industry specific training
