Noble Casing Inc. is a premiere oil field service company that was founded in 2009 in Williston, ND by Chance Innis and Tobi Wold. The founders felt that there was a better approach on how to select and treat employees who worked in such a harsh environment, and that employees should be equipped with the safest and most advanced equipment available.

Job Details

Title: HSE Coordinator                                                                  Reports To: HSE Director

Location: Williston

Scope of Work

Assists Health Safety and Environment Director in maintaining HSE standards in each location.  Inspects buildings and working conditions to ensure compliance with occupational safety, health and environmental regulations by performing the following duties

Duties & Responsibilities: These are not listed in relation to their priority or importance.

  • Monitors the company’s safety standards in accordance with OSHA and state regulations.
  • Travel to support Noble locations on rotating schedule.
  • Training and employment development.
  • Develops and delivers Safety Training curriculum using standard computer presentation programs.
  • Inspects machines and equipment for injury prevention devices.
  • Identifies hazards and hazard abatement.
  • Assists with testing and servicing safety equipment and systems
  • Observes workers and evaluates job activities to determine use of prescribed safety equipment such as glasses, helmets, goggles, respirators, clothing, harnesses, and other equipment.
  • Implements engineering or administrative controls to abate or minimize safety hazards.
  • Inspects fire suppression equipment, emergency lighting, emergency shower and eyewash units and first-aid supplies.
  • Prepares report of findings with recommendations for corrective action.
  • Conducts/Compiles safety audits and inspections.
  • Delivers respiratory protection care, maintenance, and use program training.
  • Investigates causes of injuries, accidents, incidents and near misses to identify preventive safety measures for incorporation into the safety program.
  • Conducts trend analysis, audits, accident investigations, and site inspections of operational procedures, facility design, equipment, and materials.
  • Demonstrates use of safety equipment.
  • In events of emergency act accordingly to initiate appropriate response to hazardous material and waste situations
  • Comply with state and federal regulations for handling, storage, disposal, transport etc. of hazardous materials and waste.
  • Performs all required duties in relation to the inspection and management of the waste disposal program.  Assists in identifying waste streams, implementation of labeling of waste containers, and obtains labels. Performs training in the Hazardous Waste Contingency Plan to affected workers. Arranges for disposal of liquid and solid wastes, maintains State-required
  • And all other duties as assigned.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Minimum of 3 years related experience
  • Must be proficient with written and verbal communication skills
  • Can work closely with fellow employees
  • Thorough knowledge of safety and work standards
  • Able to delegate work effectively

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Complete all Noble and industry specific training

We are currently seeking highly motivated, experienced people with at least 1 year on a rig floor. Our family-oriented company includes full benefits, scheduled days off and competitive wages.

  • In Williston, ND, Cheyenne, WY, and OK
  • Casing crew members with applicable experience on a rig floor of at least 1 year.
  • Must pass drug test and pre-employment physical.
  • On call 4 weeks on 1 week off.

We are currently seeking highly motivated CDL qualified drivers, applicable experience preferred. Join our family-oriented company in a career that includes full benefits, scheduled days off, and competitive wages.
